German Millwork Specialist
About the Role
As a German Millwork Specialist at SVDEN, you will play a crucial role in our luxury design and finishing services. You'll work directly with our premium European millwork and cabinetry, particularly Nobilia products, ensuring flawless installation and exceptional quality for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance on Nobilia cabinetry and European millwork installation to contractors and clients
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design intent
- Conduct quality control inspections before, during, and after installation to ensure all work meets SVDEN's high standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site, working collaboratively with design and project management teams
- Train and mentor junior team members on European millwork installation techniques and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation processes, challenges, and solutions for future reference
- Stay current on the latest European millwork products, techniques, and innovations through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with premium European millwork and cabinetry installation, with specific experience working with Nobilia products strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of German millwork systems, hardware, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams, project managers, contractors, and clients
- Knowledge of German language is a plus but not required
